Website Performance Reports are presented on a monthly basis and are accessible at all times via E-site Marketing's client portal. Detailed reporting and analyses often includes the utilization of RezTrack™.
WEBSITE PERFORMANCE REPORTING AND ANALYSIS:
From the Website log files we create a database that is optimized for reporting and ad-hoc analyses. In this database we create master lookup files where we maintain your specific information for customized reporting and trend analysis.
This database also allows us to perform detailed analysis by cross referencing traffic statistics with relevant external data sources such as promotion details, pay per click costs, market segmentation, etc.
Our log file acquisition process will begin prior to implementing the Search Engine Optimization and Marketing Program to allow us to analyze current status for use in developing the program as well as perform ongoing comparative reporting.
The online reporting tool allows for the customization of the information being reported along with graphical representation of key performance indicators. The tool allows for detailed drill down and dynamic re-sorting of the reports. The reports can be printed or exported to excel.
